I've mentioned this a few times in the past but to measure progress:

Floor presses hurt my shoulders. Goggins eventually took them out. Given that I've been putting more time in mobility exercises [and taking my time off into account] I floor pressed pain free. I'll post a separate log on a few things I do to get blood going and tightness a little better than before.

Bench barx10, 95x8, 125x5, 140x6x4sets

Floor press pause closer grip 125x3-4x4sets

Front raises plate or dbs 4x10-12

Db tricep exts 8x8 15sec rest

rope push downs 3x12-15

Band pull parts 3x25 x Rotator cuff cleans 3x15
