I haven't been benching very heavy or hard the past few months. I had a pec/ shoulder issue a while ago and now i'm getting ready for a Deadlift only at the Arnold Classic. So, I really have no clue where I am at. My comp best is 430 at 220.
Bench Press (15 min mobility and warmup) 95x10 135x10 225x10 315x10 365x5 405x2 315x10 225x15
I felt really good and really tight in my set up, so I pushed it a little more than I typically would have this close to a meet where i'm not benching. I was pretty happy with the outcome.
