It's been a minute since I've had a heavy bench in my hands. A weird month of dealing with a sternum issue led me to back off and let things heal up. I decided to try benching with a slingshot since it would let me bench heavier, taking the strain off of my chest at the bottom and offering a bit of compression on my sternum.

Single arm cable tricep extension Focus on keeping my shoulders retracted - Flexing my bicep hard at the top and thinking of using my tricep to pull my bicep out of the contraction 3x10
Prime handle tricep extension Keeping shoulders retracted, same idea as the single arm extensions, but using the prime handles allows you to get a little rotation at the bottom. 3x10
