Did some rep work with the elitefts shoulder saver. I've gone relatively heavy on normal bench press the past few weeks, so I figured I would take this week and do a little more rep work before I start peaking for my upcoming meet December 2nd.

Felt great afterwards. Really looking forward to seeing what I can do on December 2nd. it has been a long time since I've set a bench PR.
