After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

On this Friday I only had time in the evening to get in the gym. So I just did some chest work and that was it. Hate that I had to cut things short, but I got in what I wanted. I'll figure out a time and day to do some light make up work as I can next week.

A1) Neutral Grip Press Machine 3x8; then two drop sets

C1) DB Bench Press 3x12

D1) Cable Flys 4x15
