I started with some regular squats and moved in to close stance low box squats. I plan to throw these back in, I really think they are one of the best back builders and you still get the benefit of squatting.
I started with regular straight bar squats to get warmed up.
Squat: bar x10 135x10 225x5 315x3 405x3 495x3 - light wraps
Close stance Low box squat- I used the elitefts box squat on the lowest setting and my feet in my deadlift stance 315x3 x 2sets 365x3 x 2sets 405x3 x 1 set
This was the first time I've done these in a long time. I'm writing this the day after and my back is pretty sore and tight.
