Supplemental

Pendlay rows - 4 x10

Assistance Work

Dumbbell RDL's - 70 lb DB for 4 x 12

One arm rows 3 x 10/10

Face Pulls (bands) 3 x 30

Reverse Hyper 3 x 15 (heavy)

So far the high volume accessory work has been helping improve conditioning. My overall goal in doing this is to also have my body work through training in a fatigue state. Strongman competitions, like many other competitions, are very unexpected and you have to learn how to make it work. You may not feel or be in the best conditions and your body needs to learn how to adapt through that.

Basically, prepare for the worst case scenario hoping for the best case scenario.
