This training cycle is the most ridiculous thing I've ever tried to string together. My body just doesn't wanna keep up with my mind. Anyway, the show must go on, so I missed squatting and pulling on Saturday, due to my knee blowing up after Tyrel put me back together- again.

So after a few days of stim and ultrasound, I decided to give pulling a test, and give squatting a week break in hopes of being in better shape to start peaking. All in all, things went pretty well I have a hip thing too, but I felt pretty snappy.

I ended up taking 545 for five doubles; all felt good and fast. I was surprised. I hit some back accessories, as Tuesday is my fix shit that sucks and that's mostly back. The back attack has been one of my go tos as of late, so I pushed that.

I didn't push the whole session too much due to having to bench Thursday and wanted to give the knee as much time as possible.
