I am the type of person that feels lost without a plan. I took this meet on with just 8 weeks prep. So for the most part I have just been winging it. I have had no real structure, that's hard for me to get amped up when I have no plan. Today was one of two deadlift days I have left, I did not want to go too heavy because I was squatting heavy again on Wednesday. I decided on working up to my last warm up weight that I have planned for the warm up room in three weeks. I did this for two singles and everything felt great.
