I'm currently in a two week off season focusing on volume and more bodybuilding style of training. I plan to pick back up to more powerlifting training starting on May 23rd, 2015. My goal for these few weeks is to allow for a bit more recovery on my joints and just have some fun.

Thursday rounded out my final day of some volume/bodybuilding style work. I'm looking forward to getting back under some heavier loads and begin making some general strength gains again. This minor bit of rest, and just doing a different meet has been good for me from XPC's. I've picked up quite a bit of things that I'm going to be applying and still experimenting in finding what I can use to move my strength forward, so when I do find a meet, I can push it hard and bring out some more PR's. I'll give a bigger brief rundown of where my training will be going a bit later. But make sure you check out the video for the Vampire Rows...something you probably haven't seen before.
