I haven't benched heavy for a couple months now. I've had some pec and shoulder issues in the past and recently had another pec strain. I'm currently preparing for the 21 Deadlift salute at the Arnold in March, so, not benching isn't too big of a deal right now.
I decided to push it a little more than I have the past couple months because I have been feeling pretty good. I don't think I've gone past 275 recently, this workout I hit that for an easy, pain free triple, so I kept going.
Bench Press:
bar x 10 135x10 185x10 225x5 275x3 315x1 335x1 365x1 385x1 - Easy, but I didn't want to push my luck

Weighted Pullups with a 35lb plate - wide grip 1x8, 1x7,6,5,4,3,2,1 - with as little rest as possible. I've been trying to add these in once per week in addition to the extra back work i'm doing for my deadlift meet.
