This was a fun week, heavy doubles at just under my openers. I've been really enjoying the variety of the M2 method, but have also really missed just performing competition lifts. I'm feeling more and more comfortable in wraps and this has been the best part of training under Brians programming. I'm able to squat in wraps every week without frying myself.
