Unilateral Leg press 1x50 each leg

Rev grip DB bench 2x10

Spoto press
Against double monster minis
185x3x3
205x3x5 sets
Close grip, feet up

Iso hammer strength
2 sets of slow controlled contractions for a pump, no idea how many reps

DB lateral raises
4 sets for a pump

Bottoms up KB press
4x10
