Today I wanted something fun and different to do with my bells and one arm so I decided to to some chains. One move after the other finishing with swing squats. It really is amazing how much one kettlebell can improve your V02 Max and improve your mobility.

Chains

Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat/Snatch x 10 rounds

Add 20 swing squats to the end and repeat
