If you need to be reminded to "Go All In Or Quit" then chances are you were never "All In" in the first place.

Sitting on the fence is not an option for me. In life we only get one chance, one go around so I like to live on the "Go All In Or Quit" moto.

My Team Mate Clint Darden said a Powerful speech a year ago and his words ring true to this day. If you have not see it take the time to watch it today.

If motivation is what you need then there are tons of speeches out there to try and help you get motivated. But really, are you going to do something because someone else wants you too, or because when you grow up you want to be just like them?

No, I suspect not, so why not motivate yourself, figure out what is best for you and do it. It's great to have people who inspire us, to push us to be the best we can be but in the end it's up to YOU. Only YOU can put in the time, the effort and make the changes, decisions or life altering choices.

The old saying "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink it" is true in so many ways but I think the problem most days is getting people to the water.

If you can't get yourself to the gym, or get yourself off the couch, or take the junk food out of your pantry then nobody can help you.

YOU need to decide to change and figure out what is best for you in your current situation. Self pity doesn't look good on anyone so if you are feeling sorry for yourself then boo hoo.

So what are you going to change today? What excuse are you going to have this time?

I'm too tired

The Dog is sick

It's too hot

I'm stressed

I'm too busy

I can't afford it

I don't have time

Excuse after excuse only works for so long and then there is really no turning back.

This goes for not only the gym but for your work or employment as well. If you don't like your job find something else. Look for improving your life not living in a stagnant environment you hate day in and day out. You have choices in life, make them before it's too late.
