Grip and Forearm strength is the number key to a big deadlift. It's great if you can get the weight off the ground but if your grip goes then the lift is done. Kettlebells have helped me with my grip strength and can help you too. Without even knowing it or purposely training your grip, little do you realize that even on a heavy swing your grip and forearms are working! Here are some great fun ways to improve both, and did I tell you I love the combination of Kettlebell training and Powerlifting?

Try these or any combination, 3 rounds of each move and don't forget to stretch your forearms after ! Good luck and have fun !
