I brought a few of my buddies to the EliteFTS S4 compound since they have never had the opportunity to train there. Cruz and I decided we were going to pull heavy doubles and push the envelope a bit. I ended up finishing with a 605x3. Before my last meet, my heaviest pull was 585x2 and I pulled a PR 666 at the meet. So this is a great sign. We kept it light on bench since hitting a PR last week. Time to reel things back a bit before the meet cycle begins.
