Worked up to heavy triples tonight at The Strength Lab with the regular crew. This was the first week of a 3 week wave of box squats vs heavy bands, week 1 -triples, week 2- doubles, week 3 singles. The box was right at parallel and it was a brand new set of elitefts heavy bands .
Box Squats: bar x10 Bands on every set: 135x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3
Last set was pretty tough, hoping to hit 405+bands for a double next week.
Accessory work. 4x8 glute ham raise 4x10 cable pull throughs
3x10 ab rollers.
Great workout. Starting to step it up a little bit for my next meet in September.
