This was my heaviest squat day of the training cycle. I planned to hit somewhere 640-660 depending how things were feeling. I've never been a great gym lifter, I've always been a way better lifter on meet day. So, I figure if this goes well I am on track!

Everything felt great and moved well. I'm pretty happy with this. I obviously still have some progress I want to make and I need to keep getting stronger for the meet.
Accessory work: Reverse hyper 2x15 light that's it.....
It took forever to squat and I was fried after that.
