Leg Press (one leg at a time) 3 x 10 each w/ no rest - 2 plates

Uni-band ham curls 3 x 10

Heel touches on plyo box (12" or 18") with band tension 3 x 10 each leg

Felt like I was dragging ass today. Not too far off what I planned on doing, which was 275 for triples. Didn't sleep well and my water consumption has been terrible, hence why I feel dehydrated all the time. Lately, I've been very low energy. Not sure if it's because I'm not completely settled in Ohio with a job schedule and training schedule. That is something I am used to. Since things have been out of whack, my plan is to make a "goals" list. A list that is realistic, that I am able to accomplish, and it will keep me focused. One of them being as simple as drinking a gallon of water a day. Hopefully I can get out of this funk, but it's like I mentioned before, the first few months will be challenging.
