Worked up to a heavy (for me) bench single. Somewhere between a first and second attempt. I'm finally starting to figure this whole bench thing out and a lot more confident than I've been heading in to past meets. I'm getting closer and closer to the Arnold /XPC worlds and things are starting to come together.

My second attempt will be a little more than this, which leaves me feeling pretty confident heading in to that attempt. I'm still working on keeping my lats tight from before the bar is unracked and not trying to re-tighten after I unrack the bar.
