I was feeling pretty decent and haven't benched heavy in awhile. To warm up I did a ton of upper back and I think it really helped me in my workout.

I was really, really happy and surprised with how the 405 moved. My meet PR is 430 and I haven't gone heavy in a while so I was pretty pleased with this.
