I reminded myself why I don't do this very often. I suck at it and it's embarrassing.

Barx5 135x5 185x5 225x3 - at this point I knew I still sucked at these 245x3 275x3 295x1 315x1- Barely! No spot and there were other people around. Not being humiliated is the only reason I got it.

I just flat benched 405x1 easily and my PR is 430. So to suck at these so bad is embarrassing. That being said, I will probably rotate these in as an accessory movement and see if it helps my flat bench.

Accessory work:

Close Grip incline press 135x10 x 3 sets

Cable Face Pull 3x30 superset cable upright row 3x15

Machine Shoulder press 2x25

Hopefully adding this in will help me get stronger and not just make me look dumb.
