It really is the little things that keep you in the game. Accessories are meant to train the muscle, help with "sticking" points and prevent injury. Boss likes us to keep the shoulders healthy by doing 100 face pulls and rear delts every week.

I typically do these on my extra bench day at the end of my training. Eccentric presses and rows followed by 50 DB front/lat raises each, 100 face pulls and 100 reps of rear delts.
