Assistance Day

I have a continuing education class all day on Sunday this week and training has been going well for a whole half a week (#newworldrecord) and I didn't want to screw it up so I did a slightly modified assistance day after work today. The training was decent, but afterward my hanger combined with being totally mentally exhausted created a very grumpy Deck until I was fed.

Box Jumps

5xBW to 24"

5xBW to 30"

3xBW to 36" ----------------

3xBW to 37.5"

3x3xBW to 39"

I definitely feel like my hops have dropped off since not doing any sort of jumps or WL for about 6-7 months.

I skipped doing any snatch or clean and jerk variations since I'll be doing axle clean and jerk at event training tomorrow.

Supinated Grip Lat Pulldowns/DB Lateral Raises

12x100/--- ---------------

8x145/12x25

2x{8x170/12x30}

Triceps Pushdowns/Alt Arm DB Curls (L,R,B=1)

3x{8x90/5x45}

Curls were much easier this week with almost no left wrist pain.
