Axle Clean & Jerk (clean once)

complex x 70

complex x 120

2x complex x 160 - Shaky first time, much better 2nd time

5x210

3x250 ---------

1x280

1x300

I think the reason the first complex with 160 was awful was due to doing a mixed grip continental clean. I have not done these much in recent months, but the more I did, the better it felt. Still feels better to do it double overhand, but if I'm going to clean and press bigg(er) weights then mixed grip is more useful. 300 felt pretty good.

Yoke

2x80'x250

80'x450 -----------

80'x650

80'x700

80'x720 - This run felt the best of the 3 work runs, despite being slowest.

Atlas Stone Shouldering (tackyless)

2x6x200 - All R shoulder first set, all L shoulder second set.

6x240 - All R shoulder

Prowler Hi/Lo

40'xprowler+90 high handles/40'xprowler+90 low handles - Too easy

40'xprowler+180 high handles/40'xprowler+180 low handles - Whoa, Nelly

6x40'xprowler+140 high handles/40'xprowler+140 low handles

From the looks of my training today, I might be considering training for Brute Strength Gym's Summer Strongman Comp this August. We will see. Not sure I'll be in the country during that time or not. Lots of balls in the air.
