Ever wake up from a bad dream that seemed so real you could not sleep? Well that happened to me at 4 am today, I could not get back to sleep so I thought I might as well get some training in, takes my mind of things when I'm under those bells. I also thought up some crazy shit while I was at it. You can tell I've never done this combo before as my arm was fried by the end, love the rush, love the pump !

Normally I would use a much heavier bell but because I'm only training with one arm I'm keeping it light, I don't want to be too left hand dominate by the time my right arm is fixed, still a good pump.

REPEAT UNTIL FATIGUED THIS WAS GOOD, KEEPS YOU FOCUSED x 3 ROUNDS

By my 5th set of presses I was fried, had to use a push press, next round I had to snatch on the last set

And there you have it, not a ton of time needed under the bells before I was fried, got in a good almost full body pump, got a little sweat on, now time to go to my real job, then tonight sport training !
