A week out from the Arnold. Here is my last two workouts. Nothing crazy, just want to stay loose and keep some blood flowing.

Saturday - 1 week out Squat - up to 2nd to last warm up bar x5 135x2 225x2 315x1 405x1 455x1 510x1

Best I've felt in a long time. I know it was only 510lbs, but usually, especially the week I start a deload, I feel pretty beat up and I feel slow. This was every bit as fast and smooth as the empty bar. Needless to say I'm feeling pretty good.

Sunday - 6 days out - Light upper body, just a recovery workout.

Dumbbell bench press 45's x 20 60's x 15 75's x 10

Dumbbell incline Press 45's x 15 60's x10 75's x 8

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 60's x10 75's x8

Chest supported rows 2x20 - light

Standing Cable Abs 2x20 light

Stayed light, did a little stretching and mobility work between sets. Felt great walking out of the gym!
