Training with the boys tonight, they were benching and I typically have been staying away from the boys training nights because I sometimes feel like I belong in the handicap stall but tonight I felt a bit lonely and bored, feeling sorry for myself lately so I decided to train amongst them.

Well I watched Ken hit his nice sweet opener of 520 Lbs for his meet in two weeks, that was awesome. I really miss benching even though it was the last thing I did to injure my shoulder.

So my training wasn't what I wanted for my last session of the year but it was better than nothing. For some reason everything hurt, maybe I have been over doing it lately or not doing enough, I don't know, whatever the reason I fought through the pain and got a bit in.

Physiotherapy 20 Mins

My shoulder mobility is really coming along, I can almost reach straight up with it, I need to work harder on my external rotation but that is always the last to come. Next Monday I start with a new therapist and I get to start using resistance bands, yeah me.

8 Kg Kettlebell Swings & Snatches Left Arm Only Warmup

GHR ( I don't know why the fronts of my quads killed on this)

10/10/10

Belt Squats 4 plates ( Knees were killing me tonight maybe the damp weather who knows it sucks, but I did not quit)

10/10/10/10

Situps on GHR ( No complaints here other than my shoulder felt sore, probably from doing physio first)

And there you have it, the end of my training for 2015 as tomorrow New Years Eve I will drive 2 hours to deliver 22 Kettlebells for a friends new Gym, so excited to help Brenda get set up, who knows maybe someday we will see Shane Church using those Kettlebells at Brenda's Barnyard Barbell Club !

Until Next Year, have a safe and Happy New Years Eve, all the best in 2016. Watch for my year in review log it will be epic, I had a great year despite my shoulder injury.
