In between clients I had an hour, I generally find something to eat or do cardio and stretch, all depends on the day. This day I did 20 min on the stepmill. During that 20min clients text me " running 10min late". Perfect, I can now run through my leg assistance training. The stepmill had my legs all "jelly." Kept it light on my assistance work and burned through 300 reps in 15 min.

  1. Horizontal leg press
  2. Lying leg curl
  3. Leg extension
  4. Hip adduction
  5. hip abduction
Productive! I was sore and so painfully pumped I could barely move.
