Started off with some weird spinal witchcraft shit, I'm not sure what it is called, but it keeps your vertebrae from being all "gunked up."

Anywho, wall squats with a kettlebell, for a 12 rep, 5-minute cluster.

One leg squats to a box, no plopping- plopping is terrible. 6 reps for a 5-minute cluster each leg.

Some weird hip thingy where you swing your leg laterally like an odd ballerina. Again eight reps for a 5-minute cluster.

My "planted" leg was shaking like crazy my quad was alive and going nuts we laughed which made it burn even more, funny to see how all these little weightless exercises can beat you up when you don't train them regularly. It'll be interesting to see what kind of carry over these training days will have when I get back to the main movements.

It was a great change of pace to get out of the gym and enjoy a crisp spring morning outdoors, looking forward to being active all spring and summer.
