After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

I stayed at the gym after it closed and cranked the tunes and went after it on some leg training. Being able to lock myself in and just put my nose down some Friday nights is something I have really grown to like lately. A ton of volume and just a really good fun session.

A1) Seated Leg Curls Worked up to a hard set of 12; then 2 drop sets

B1) True Squat vs Band Worked up to a hard set of 10; then 3 drop sets

C1) Walking Lunges 4x12 per leg

D1) Goblet Squats 3x20

E1) Reverse Hyper (roller) 3x20

F1) Stir the Pot 3x20
