After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Monday night leg training of straight death to myself. I was feeling really good, so I went after it on majority of the session. Supersets, drop sets, and just straight hard work after a long day. It's training days like this that I love to get after and be a meathead. The gym is still building good momentum across the board, so I'm super pleased with that as well.
