Gotta tell you, the GHR is my best friend, and the belt squat machine my second BFF right now. I mean I like lunges ok, but they don't hold a candle to the GHR and Belt squats.

Belt Squats

4 Plates Sumo Stance

20/20/20/20

GHR Ladders

10/10/10/10 (4 Stage Ladders that's 40 GHR's per set of 10)

Situps with Hold on GHR

5 sec plank hold then 5 sit-ups repeat to 20 each round

4 rounds = 80 sit-ups

Plank Hold on GHR

1 min x 4 rounds (this is tough)

Shoulder Physio to finish this session, I already had physio this morning so I'm pretty sore but fight through it none the less. Not using excuses anymore, will need to find some different variations to keep me motivated, may even have to go to the commercial gym soon and jump on their leg machines !

Every bit counts, each day is closer to recovery and something is better than nothing.
