After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I knew it would be better if I did something over nothing, so I just kept it simple and straight forward. I'm glad I got it in after the fact, but it just wasn't a day for training mentally.
