*4 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

After wrapping up the heaviest week of circa max tension for squats this past weekend, this max effort movement was a max good morning. I went with the variation of starting from the bottom position on the pins from a dead-start. This is the most I've ever done on this variation of the movement so I was pretty happy. Followed by assistance work volume to hammer hamstrings.

Notes for Improvement: Keep hips back and engage glutes and hamstrings at start of good morning. Keep lats tight.

Next Week's Training: Working up to Opener in Full Gear

A. Banded Standing Ab Pulldown Warm-Up - 4x20

B. SSB Dead-Start Good Mornings - Singles up to 445lbs

C. Slow Descent Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3x10 & 1x6 w/ 315lbs

D. GHR - 3xAMRAP (hands behind head, then drop to chest)

E. Hanging Leg Raises - 3x10 (legs straight)
