After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

For the most part this was a very similar training session to last week's work, just increased weight on the squat and deadlift. Not a bad session, but just trying to slowly chip away.

C1) GHR 3 sets, max reps *I set this up so it was closer, thus harder.*

D1) Single Leg KB Deadlift 3x12 per leg D2) Reverse Sled Drag 3x50 yards

E1) Reverse Hyper (Long Strap) 3x15 E2) Wtd Sit Ups off GHR 3x12
