Yesterday, I decided to get a feel for where I was at as far as my bench goes.

I warmed up with about 15 minutes of light upper back and shoulder work.

Bench press- bar x10 135x10 225x5 275 x2 315x1 365x1 395x1 415x1

I would have loved to take another rep because the 415 wasn't bad at all, but I was at the local gym by myself and I'd rather get crushed than ask a random gym goer for a spot apparently.

Accessory work

DB Press with small incline @100 lbs - 3x15

Seated Cable Rows 3x20 superset Cable Tri Pushdowns 3x20

100 total reps (dropset) of machine Tri Overhead extension

I was really happy with this workout. In a busy stressful time (buying a house , moving, starting a business) I haven't been able to train as hard as id like. So to see my strength is still there was a relief.
