We have been in the house for going on 7 months now and it is finally "done" for 2019. Things that have to be buttoned up before the season is over:
1- the underside of stone on the front needs to get mortar on it 2- seal stone 3- get the garage sided
What was finished:
1- Sewer Lines Repaired 2- a massive tree was taken down 3- graded back yard after tree removal 4- laid sod 5- garden uncovered and refurbished 6- landscaped around house and added stone 7- sided House and gutters 8- added a "she porch" cause my wife wanted it 9- bought a dog (separate video)
What's left to do?!?!? 1- front and back storm doors 2- front entrance light 3- bathroom remodel 4- fix cabinet drawer 5- Landscape Front of house 6- bring the front lawn back to life 7- add upward lighting to the front of the house (install underground electricity to front) 8- paint addition
