My body is feeling pretty good today so I pushed my bench number back up to 750 today to see how well I would handle it. Im glad I did....

I have really been stepping up my rehab over the past few weeks (body buffering, cupping, ice, percussion, body tempering and stretching. I swear this shit works when I stick to it. Is just doing it consistently like I should be.

All of my sets felt good and I feel like I am finding my groove. Staying healthy is more key no than ever before. If I expect to do what I intend to do I need a good bench!
