I am taking the wear it out approach, squat till you drop and geez if I couldn't squat right now with this shoulder injury I would sit in my room and curl up in a ball, get depressed and think about jumping off the nearest bridge, ok, well not that severe but really, injuries do suck so do what you can, while you can.

Using the Cambered bar to keep the pressure off my shoulder, not going too heavy tonight, no spotters and walking it out.
