This was my first 800 in training, and single ply! Yes it had a hitch and up and down but I locked it out after missing it completely minutes prior. 2 whites or not it was a victory. This was a huge confidence booster for me. I know that the platform adds pounds for me so I am very excited to be where I am at right now with 3 weeks left
Deathlift *few sets, goal was to work up to 800 so I had to conserve energy 145x5x3 235x3 325x1 415x1 Metal Single Ply King 505x1 Straps up 610x1 735(opener)x1 800xmiss 800x1 *on a side note aside from being very jacked to come back and get that lift I did in fact pass out lol. Luckily I did have a group of large hairy handsome teammates to catch me before I ate the deadlift jack.
