My low back/hips are still a little out of position but they are definitely on their way back into the correct place. I decided to just do some light lifting today

-Goblet squats -CMBar Squats -Front squats -split squats -Prowler push(long slow steps)

Next weeks marks 5 weeks out from the Olympia and also it starts my 12 week program for Relentless Detroit. I have been itching to start training for Detroit!
