I'm currently having a "fun" week of volume and bodybuilding like work to give my body a minor rest from heavy weights. This training is designed to get a lot of blood flow into all my body parts and just give my mind a mental break from heavy training. Off season training is planned to start on October 30th, 2015.

Like after most of my meets, on Sunday I tend to hit an arm session just for fun. I needed to help Trey get in his final bench session and figured I'd get some really light work in on some arms. This is always fun, especially with the pumps that I get after all the food I've had from the days prior. A good quick session with a wicked pump. I'll end up hitting a leg, back, and chest/shoulder session as well throughout the week to make sure I get blood flow in everywhere before starting back up. This has just always been really fun for me and I tend to feel pretty good during the week. I just want to give my stabilizing musculature a bit of a break and stay away from competition movements and a straight bar.
