After watching the videos for week one's squat session I decided I was not stoked about how High the box was. I wanted to force my glutes and hamstrings to hold the load a little longer and force me into a position I was weak in so I decided to aim for the same weight but drop the box lower. It was a warm day out and the metal box was nice and muggy making recovery between these 2 sets brutal. Misson accomplished on focusing on the posterior chain with these, week one I attempted to hinge a little too far on some of them and my low back let me know about it really fast so I was not as focused on pushing back this week as I was FEELING the posterior chain working.
