These are my powerlifting meets to date. I am pretty happy with my progress and the amount of records I have achieved in such a short period of time. 21 National records and 14 World Records. I am now sitting 13 weeks out from the World Championships in Portugal in November where my goal will be to get that 1,000 Lb total. I will be unable to use knee wraps here so I am gonna have to train hard and increase my bench and deadlift more. I can do it, I will do it.

The proof is here for anyone sitting on the fence on whether or not to start powerlifting at any age. Age is not a barrier, it's an excuse, get off the couch and try something new, get out of your comfort zone and leave a legacy, even if it's just for yourself !

I set goals to stay accountable, I like to see progress, if you are not progressing in whatever you do then it's time to change it. Change something, progression, passion, desire to better than you were yesterday, it's all the same.

Stay tuned, in a week I start a 12 week program and if you are interested in following my progress please do, I welcome, comments, concerns, critique's, tips, advice and money ! lol
