Last few weeks has been great on being consistent with pattern of training. Allowing rest, and knowing when to go light or heavy.

  • Your body handles stress differently all the time. Either its mental, emotional, physical stress, it takes a toll on you regardless of being aware of it. Staying grounded with yourself and remaining fully present in each day allows you to make the better choice. Its takes COURAGE to stay present and to deal with everything thrown your way. Hiding or pretending doesn't allow you to grow or to persevere. In fact it does the exact opposite.
"Doing the same thing, gives the same result."

  • More dynamic effort: 5 push UPS with 2 pulls UPS no rest 5 sets
For assistance work I did "progressive style training" :
  • You can put as many exercises you want but the way it works is that it progresses. Exercise 1 to 2 then back to 1 then 2 then 3 then back to 1,2,3,4.....rotate thru until exercise 4 is done 3 times.
  1. Rolling DB
  2. DB row
