After having a year away from the platform and a terrible showing at the 2018 XPC Bench Bash, I'm gearing back up for a multiply bench only competition, the APF Pressing the Pieces Together on April 27th, 2019. This meet helps bring awareness and charity donations for Autism Awareness. I'm looking to compete at 132lbs and just have a good meet back, while running my new gym, THIRST, and rehabbing my low back issues.

Another week of 10x10 done. And man things are really starting to get heavy and hard. I've maybe got one, two more weeks left of trying to squeeze this out and get after it. It's coming at a good time as some of my heaviest training is coming to and end in the next couple weeks, and then I'll start to pull the reigns back a little bit. Overall though, I've got to be super happy with this progress and I feel like it's managed to help my pressing strength quite a bit but while also keeping things really simple.
