After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

This particular Saturday was my final day of training out of my garage. If you follow me on social media, you'll know that I'm going to be opening my own training and performance facility in Terre Haute. It's been a bittersweet run out of the garage, but life is throwing me some amazing opportunities (marriage, house, and new business venture). Kicking the final weekend training session with the crew off with a bang.
