The moral of the story, we are all just individuals with smart phones. Reach out and ask questions, be polite, and be a good person and you never know how willing people may be to help you out.

So we all saw that stupid bar bending video. I have been having some serious inflammation in the left knee because of how hard I shofted forward trying not to die under that thing, and was getting seriously worried how it may effect my training. That's when Dani LaMartina reached out to me and offered something as simple as a conversation that may help. She walked me through some re patterning techniques, rather just annihilaring the tissue with smashing, rolling, stretching and whatever else, and I was suddenly much more optimistic.

I spent two days focusing on some simple PRI exercises and things as simple as proper IAP, and boom: we had a productive squat session with NO KNEE PAIN! How about them apples.

There are good people out there!
